Considering that you want to learn to speak fluent Japanese, it is smarter not to memorize words that have basically the same meaning - at least initially. For example, "I" means "watakushi", so why memorize the other equivalents of I which are watashi, boku and ore? Use your time to learn different Japanese words. You have lots of time to come back and learn the other forms at a later time.
